This year it has been requested that the Organization hold a Halloween dance for the members how feel there hasn't been so many social gatherings lately. To honour this, Superiors Ataxe and Zukxshia agreed that there will be a Halloween dance to celebrate the holiday! We're sending you out to the world of Halloween Town. It seems that Jack Skellington is trying to spread the joy of his holiday to the other holidays such as Christmas, St Patricks Day and Easter. Go along in either your worldform or your costume and help him put the 'fright' back into 'frightening the unsuspecting Neighbours'!
:bulletorange: This can be BOTH submitted as fiction or Art.

:star: JOINING SUBMISSIONS ARE OPEN! :star:

~~~
Welcome to Organization Redundant, the flourishing Organization OC club that celebrates friendship, teamwork and diversity!
Here before you, you should see our new Welcome package: a basic guide to OR's goals, inner workings and ambitions. We hope that after being here for a year this will help you understand more about Organization Redundant and how we deal with applications, goals and threats to our welcoming atmosphere.
If you have any questions about the details displayed or any comments regarding to what is talked about, please feel free to comment below and one of our superiors will reply to you as soon as they can!
~~~

WHY ARE WE 'REDUNDANT'?

A question which has been frequently asked about us. We are Redundant because we choose to house Organization OCs that might have been rejected by other clubs or have yet to find a club to be a part of, we even accept OCs who have already been accepted into another club. We make sure to broaden all and any horizons to allow different OCs from different genres of games, books and worlds to join as long as they're still based in the Kingdom Hearts realm. We take pride in our diversity and our goal of just having fun, allowing each other to make new friends in the process.

~~~
HOW WE WORK:
Basically, the club is run by three active superiors. The superiors are the ones who keep a look out over the club and help manage changes and updates that need to be done regularly.
Org-Redundant mainly runs on the support of both the superiors and the members. We feel that group effort - when everyone pitches in - is worthwhile and quite powerful. We get a new application and the three active superiors go over it. If a problem arises with the application you have sent in to us, we will notify you as soon as we have come to agreement on what needs to be rendered slightly. If your OC and element (Along with Element Use) are seen to be eligible by all the superiors, you will then be welcomed into the club, most likely by one of the superiors or by other members.
We only turn away certain applications if;
:bulletblue: Someone already has the element you've chosen.
:bulletblue: We feel that the element you've chosen isn't a stable element.
:bulletblue: Your element, although named differently, infringes another existing members.
:bulletblue: You have already been banned from OR and not cleared for reapplying. (See DO NOT section for reference)
Meetings
Superiors tend to meetings once a week or hold 'Emergency Meetings' when something comes up that might be seen as a problem to a few members. The meetings usually take a while to consider and may leave superiors unavailable at that time although if one is currently in the chatroom, will try and continue communicating with members present.
In the meetings they mainly discuss;
:bulletblue: Applications - to be accepted or discussed.
:bulletblue: Ideas - that have been handed to them by members to add into the club's system.
:bulletblue: Problems - Main ones that may arise in submitting, downloading or that has transpired and can't handle alone.
:bulletblue: Events/Missions/Contests - Again either by themselves that need to be discussed or by the members.
Joining
We have a 'how to join page' in the 'Getting Started' section of the journal menu. That section of the menu explains our rules which must be read before joining or referred to after joining to avoid any mishap that can occur both by accident and deliberately. Also please title your note "Joining application" for when you are submitting your OC to Org-Redundant. It may take the superiors a while to get back to you but do not feel down-hearted if we take too long - we are discussing your joining submission as fast as we can for you.
The information we need to allow you to join OR is;
Name: (The name of your OC which can have an 'X' in it - as it is traditional)
Element: (The power your OC has which can range from metals to manipulation of an object)
Proof of Existence: (not always needed right away but the name that is given to your OC like; The Cloaked Schemer)
Weapon: (The weapon your OC uses in battle to combat their opponent)
Homeworld: (The world that you OC originates from - these don't always have to be the typical KH worlds as long as they are not from reality (real time) such as originating from a State or a country - unless mentioned in the genre of your choice - they must be either game based or animated movie based)
Element use: (How your OC use their element - this can be the factor that separates your element from that of another OCs who might be similar to your own)
Another feature we added when we first began a a club was the 3 OC limit which has now become the 4 OC limit. This allows members to have more than one OC currently in OR, giving you more flexibility to roleplay with others and get to know OCs that you might not know much about. Keep in mind that for every new OC you apply to OR you will need to send in a new note displaying the new OC information. Your 4th and final OC may need to be approved by the superiors before they can be of use.
Submitting Artwork
When you've worked hard on a mission and want to showcase it to the rest of the club, you simply upload it then send a note to the club titled "Mission --" with which ever mission you had done with a link to your mission in the note. If it's the club meme submit the note to us as "Club Meme" with the link. Similar to these methods, to send in events or contests simply take the title of the event or contest you've done and title the note after it. Also place the link (or in several cases links) into the note so we can upload it to the club for you. It's similar to how you would submit your OC's application.
Ranks and Points
The Ranking system of the club is pretty simple. In basic terms you work to reach new ranks, meaning the more missions and events you decide to take part in, the higher up the ranks you go by earning the points provided by each mission/event. The rank allow you to move higher up the ranking system, gaining you different title from Officer 3rd class to Assassin to Radical.
The more you work at your position in the ranking system the more experience your OC gets.
Points are what help you move up the ranking table. These are displayed at the end of each mission brief or next to the title of the event you've chosen to do. In some occasions, extra points will be rewarded in missions if you do a pacific thing during each one, take mission 7 for example; you get extra points if you can make up an animal that hasn't been seen before. Also if you do something that helps the club by either giving ideas, opting to help with certain things like avatars, subscriptions you earn bonus points for helping out. In some cases when you collab with someone during a mission or an event both you and the person you collabed with will earn point for it. However, you do not get points for Information sheets, FanArt or Fanfiction. Points may also be prizes in tournaments and contests so keep a look out for them.
Missions
A major way to get points and take part in the club. Missions have been added to give members something to do when they're bored or are looking to help improve their posing or paragraph settings in their choice of work. Each mission is set in a world, called in by an OC in the Organization, acting as the person who had called the mission in - a new feature that we added about a month ago. This also shows who contributed the mission, giving them the credit they deserve for creating one. The mission ranks so far are set to easy, normal and soon to be proud. Easy and most normal missions were already situated before the superiors gave the go ahead to have members contribute as well. If a member ha an idea for an easy or normal mission that isn't already there and want to call it in as one, extended mission categories will be introduced for the member to have their mission displayed.
Please note that you don't have to do all the missions or do them in order - although to do them in order may help you keep track of where exactly you are so you don't repeat a mission you've done.
Events and Contests
Another way to earn points for your OC. These are extended ideas from both Superiors and members that take place during the month they are added - often relating to something that is happening like Halloween related events in October or Christmas related events in December. Not all events have to be done although a lot of thought is put into them and it is a nice change to see members taking part and showing that they have a wide range of imagination that can be sparked by the event's brief. Events are an extended way to have fun celebrating anything that is currently going on in the world through the OCs point of view, allowing you to express your feelings towards the subject through them. We also hold events for subjects like Breast Cancer and Holidays.
If you want to host an event please send the following information with the note titled "Event for next month"
Title of the event: (This will help members determine which event they're applying for)
Points awarded: (how many points you're willing to give away - please keep them between 5-15 points)
Event brief: (What your event is about, and where it is set might help)
Submission types: (Can this be submitted as both Art or Fiction or just one of them)
Contests can be held by both superiors or members of OR. They allow people to compete for prizes that range from dedicated art to points for the users OC. The contests are often set to pacific subjects and have guidelines that you must try and keep in mind. They are often started on a time limit and run as long as 2 months or to the end of the desired month that the contest takes place. There can be tie for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place so prizes have to be chosen carefully. Voting for contests can be done by those hosting the contest or by public vote - which is set on the polls at the bottom of the OR's main page.
If you have an idea for a contest send the following information in a note titled "Contest for next Month"
Title of Contest: (This will help members determine which contest they're applying for)
Hosted by: (Yourself and whichever OC you decide to use that's your own)
Judged by: (who the contest is judged by - which can be yourself or all of Org-Redundant)
Dates to keep in mind: (the date the contest starts, submissions for the contests ends, the day that voting starts, the day votibe ends and when the winner is announced which is usually the next month in the updates)
Prizes and number of places: (what you're willing to give away as prizes; Art, fiction, points etc. and 1st, 2nd and 3rd places)
Contest brief: (describe what your contest is about and the goal of the contest)
Rules and Regulations: (what people have to follow like 'No nudity', 'no violence' etc.)
Chat and Communication
Chat is a place where all members are welcome. The moment that you are accepted into the club, you are often added to the chat right away to allow you to meet members that may have been around for a while. In chat members feel free to discuss day-to-day activities, new OCs they're thinking about bringing into the OR, or ideas they'd like to see here. Another known fact i that the chat i mainly used for roleplays, introducing new OCs, new villains and new scenarios that can be used as influence for FanArt, FanFiction and maybe even missions. Most members are welcome to take part in roleplays and any discussions that seem to be wide ranged, allowing them to hare their opinions with the others involved. Please do not fight in the chat as spectators of the fight are known to get upset and might not want to return to the chatroom for a while or at all.
Communication is one of the main factors in OR. Without Communication, nothing can be done, often leaving new members to feel alone in a new club. Here at OR we try to break the 'alone' barrier by usually greeting the newer member by either visiting their OC's reference sheet or their profile. To be alone in a large group can be intimidating, so here we try to take care of everyone from new members to members who had joined months ago. On a similar note, if you don't wish to roleplay in the chatroom but have a person you want to roleplay with anyway, why not ask them to start a note roleplay with you?
If you have anything that concerns you, you can always contact the club by commenting on the desired place such as a journal page, he main page or sending us a note - we look to help everyone settle in, leaving no one out. After all a family supports each other through thick and thin - one of our greatest strengths here at Organization Redundant.
Warnings
Our red-bullet warning system was dropped due to confidential matters a few months ago. Instead of showcasing those who have been warned we have began doing this as discreetly as we possibly can. We will give multiphase warnings to an individual if they are constantly bending the rules or are causing problems for other members with their actions. This has resulted in banning beforehand - something we hope need not continue for those in Org-Redundant. Please keep in mind that we do not like having to tell people off but if they are being persistent with their bad behavior and distasteful comments, we will have to react.
~~~

ORG-REDUNDANT SUPERIORS:

In this section we have decided to share a little bit about the Superiors of Org-Redundant. They are often on duty for most of the day and will attend to any problem that is risen while they are there. We do our best to fix all problems and do not intend to let the power of being in charge of the organization get to our heads. We look to help those who need it and listen to problem and opinion's of our members - however big or small. Our goal as superiors is to make sure everyone is heard, valued and welcomed into our family.

:bulletgreen: Superior Zukxshia: The founder of the Organization and the longest running superior of Organization Redundant. She is a keen worker and is looked up to as an inspiration for most of the members. Although some don't agree with her philosophies on being a Nobody, she fairs off pretty well in decision making and accepting applications. Although she can only see out of one eye, her loyal attitude and desire to see the organization through thick and thin makes up for her lack of vision. She is one of the more serious superiors and upholds her traditional talent of pursuing work before fun.

:bulletorange: Superior Ataxe: Superior since December, Ataxe is the Second-in-command of Organization Redundant. Having accepted the offer of becoming second-in-command, Ataxe has gained a lot of experience since joining the organization. He is looked up to by most of the members and is one of the popular ones. Recently he's been working hard on paper work and attending to problems that arise with the other members. He is calm and collected, having a good sense of duty and the ability to know when it's time for breaks. He is also one of the more serious superiors of Org-Redundant.

:bulletpurple: Superior Ahraysix: One of the newest additions to the superiors of Organization Redundant. Not having been hit by the load of work that some other superiors are known to be crushed under, Ahraysix is spontaneous and self proclaimed professional slacker. Unlike most of the other superiors, she knows how it is to have fun and have a good time with other members, despite being reminded of the work that has to be done. Ahraysix is known to have super serious moments but would rather be fooling around with other members than hitting the paperwork.

~~~
OUR GOALS:
:bulletblue: Our main goal as a club is to make being a member of Organization Redundant enjoyable and fun.
True when we encounter problems the superiors that are mainly involved may not always seem like the best people to be leading the OR but we ensure that the problem that is brought before us is taken care of, dealing discipline where it's vitally needed. More often than not we run into the occasional person who feels they have been 'mistreated' by the staff at OR. Although it may seem so, the superiors of OR only do their job of ensuring that problems are resolved to the best of their ability, hearing both sides of the situation and restoring it the best that we can - we are only kids, no older than most of you who decide to join us and hope that you understand our actions, however drastic they might get. None of us are truly adults as of yet.
:bulletwhite: Continuing on this similar note, the superiors here do not feel any higher than anyone in OR. In this club, we take pride in knowing that we were all equal to each other, allowing members to help us with decisions that matter to them. The superiors only ensure that all chaos started outside of roleplays between members is settled and discuss what is best suited for the club from mission ideas to monthly updates. We maintain a hard working image to ensure that OR has something new to look forward to every month, refraining ourselves from doubling back and stealing ideas from other clubs - it's only fair to treat another club as you expect to be treated with your own, isn't it?
:bulletblue: We are not out looking for competition between other club and do not look to be the best club in existence. We find that to have these goals in mind - to be better than someone or everything is distasteful and not what a club should be about. We aim only to have fun, be there for each other and look to have great times while we're together. If threats of plagiarism rise, we will not react to you. We find that it is best to keep to ourselves and not get involved with other clubs business, especially if that other club wants "nothing to do with us."
:bulletwhite: On a happier note, our other goal is to help members feel welcome and apart of our growing family. New members and old members have the chances to work together in the club has a mission system; a range of ideas set into missions statements that are either added by a superior or by a fellow member of the club. We also run occasional contests, monthly events and look to start using the tournament system to also contribute to helping members work on their art kill and communication. To help members express ideas they'd like to see more in the club's activities, the superiors have added the Advertisement section to our updates and a new forum titled "Ideas for OR" to allow members to help us create a more relaxed, stress-free club that anyone can enjoy.
~~~

THE DOs AND DO NOTs OF ORG-REDUNDANT

This final section of the page we explain what our main priorities of a group are and hope it helps you make a decision about hopefully joining us here in OR. We do not force people to join by sending collective notes, nor do we try and advertise ourselves to be the better club, we're simply here to make friends and help our artistic and writing skills grow with the positive support of those in the Organization already.

:nod: WE DO :nod:

:bulletblue: Take our member's opinions and views into account to help us thrive as a club. We value each and every member like a member of an extending family, making sure to deal with any problem that arises as soon as we can. We look to keep the atmosphere welcoming, friendly and harm-free. If any member has an opinion they should feel welcome to note the club about it or talk to a superior who is active at the time. We will not turn you away if you have any suggestions regarding the club. We look for teamwork to help improve OR and allow it to form into a friendly club that allows member's to speak their mind.

:bulletwhite: Encourage members to partake in event, contests, missions and express their ideas. We like to see different members partaking in different activities and interacting with new people they might not get to interact with elsewhere. We take pride in all our member's art and writing skills, offering positive support and chances to exchange ideas with each other. No member is more important than another - we are all equally talented people who are all valued here.

:bulletblue: Advertise tournaments and other activities that other clubs or KH related operations are hosting. On an off note, this can only happen if we are asked nicely. We do want to help others gain recognition if their ideas and goals are appealing but if anything is promoting anything that may spark a fight between two or more clubs, we will not advertise it. Anything we advertise can be found on our monthly updates. Also if you have anything you want advertised, simply send us a note.

:bulletwhite: Accept affiliate requests. We want to help other clubs like us to thrive while looking to help new clubs gain members and will often help start them off if needed. Org-Redundant is not a self-centered club, we look to help our affiliates with anything that they may want to hold as a joined club event or with ideas that will help them pick up support. After all we like to treat others with respect as long as they do the same for us.

:bulletblue: Take the lives of our members seriously. We all know we have individual lives away from the computer and we respect that. We don't like to criticize people for being away for too long without a reason, We respect privacy in both absence and reality. We will not pry into the personal lives of members unless allowed to, in which case we try and cheer that pacific member and swear ourselves to secrecy. We don't let rumors fly about a we are a close-knit group that looks out for each other, both in the club and outside it. We act like family, often stepping in for each other and helping each other through bad situations. This is the behavior and valor we are proud to say resides here within so many of our members, non of which any of us would be without now.

:bulletwhite: Take our times with things. We do not like to rush people into missions, events or the like. We are a fine-paced club that allows members to move along at their own pace in the organization. We feel it is not fair to rush people into things that might make them uncomfortable. Going at different paces affects no one, allowing everyone to have a great time and absorb new skills to allow them to get better a they go along. We have been told that to go at such a lenient pace is both rewarding and successful to help member settle in with others.

:bulletblue: Give credit where credit is due. We like to let people know that members like them are contributing - not just the superiors. We like to hand out credit to those members who bring in the ideas, we don't tell people that we did an idea when it really belonged to another person. We feel that to share successful ideas and gain new ideas from the club helps us grow in respect for each other and ourselves. As a team effort, sharing thoughts is key to a functioning club.

:disbelief: WE DON'T :disbelief:

:bulletblack: Tolerate Bullying. This is a warm, supportive club where bullying, racism and any malicious behavior will not be tolerated. These actions often result in bans or rejections from the club. You will receive a warning from the superiors if caught or reported. We have had people banned for bullying and lack of respect towards the members and superiors here at Organization Redundant and do not wish for this to continue. Please refrain from doing this - even in roleplays.

:bulletred: Tolerate over powering OCs. We hope that when you choose an element, you manage to keep within the guidelines of your element use. We have had problems before hand with elements becoming a little bit 'scattered' from; OCs who intend to heal others using 'Magical forces' that aren't part of the genetic make-up of a Nobody to Transformers said to only transform into wolves suddenly appearing as cats. Please do not make your OC seem unbeatable or 'God like', this makes it hard for others to roleplay with you - especially if your OC can stop any attack from happening. Although we cannot control the actions you choose, please keep in mind that you should try and stick to the element you have provided your OC with.

:bulletblack: Tolerate Godmodeling. This is when you take an OC that does not belong to you in any situation and make the current scenario unfair to them by either trapping them in a cage to stop the user from roleplaying or not giving the other OC a chance to escape. We have had problems with Godmodeling in the past and quite frankly, do not take kindly to this. It is unfair to the owner of the threatened OC and can create problems outside of roleplays as well as during them. Please refrain from Godmodeling and give others a chance in roleplays to have their say on the situation.

:bulletred: Judge at first glance. We do not judge ANYONE from artwork, roleplay style or level of intelligence. OR is a place for all people of different skills, creeds and backgrounds to come together and have fun, make friends, share hobbies and feel a part of something that they themselves can help to create and flourish.

:bulletblack: Support club wars or anything in that agenda. As stated earlier we do not look to harm other clubs.

:bulletred: Stoop so low as to steal ideas and criteria from other clubs. We try and be an individual club with our own ideas, criteria and scenarios, drawing our influences from the superiors and supportive members of OR.

~~~
CONCLUSION
We hope this has given you an insight to Organization Redundant and helps you know a little bit more about us~!
If you wish to join our family here, feel free to send in your application and we shall try and get back to you as soon as possible.
Have any questions about what was raised here? Feel free to contact us here at Org-Redundant or contact one of our superiors.
Thank you so much for taking time to read this and we hope to welcome you soon.
